Booking Conditions


Booking our apartments:
  • To reserve our apartments follow the instruction in our website or any of our partners.
  • You can reserve with your Credit Card, Bank Transfer or PayPal Account.
  • On booking procedure we will charge the 20% of the total rent as an advance payment or deposit.
In case of cancellation
  • For cancellation done before 15 days prior to arrival date, the 100% of the advance payment will be refunded to customer.
  • For cancellations done within 15 days prior to arrival date or no show at the complex, the establishment will keep the advance payment (20%) as a penalty clause.
Once the reservation is done, the guest will receive by mail:
  • Booking Confirmation and Booking Details.
  • A few days before arrival date:  Outstanding information & instruction how to get to our apartments.

Rental Contract

The Rent will be hold, in any event, on a limited duration and in holiday nature.
The staying will take place from 2:30pm on the day of arrival to 11:00am ~ 11:30am on the day of departure.

On arrival it is required:
  • Customer identification (Passport).
  • Payment of the full price of the Rent
  • Payment of the Caution or Warranty (200€).

– Caution will be refunded when Check-out, after a quick inspection of the apartment and return of the Keys to property.

Under the terms of the Contract, the Customer agrees to:
  1. Occupy the property by the number of people it was contracted for.
  2. Observe the rules of Community and especially those relating to the use of Community Pool.
  3. Do not hold parties or noisy meetings on terraces or other that could disturb the neighbors.
  4. Be particularly careful with the furniture and facilities, both housing and the community.
  5. Collect the umbrellas and items on the terrace on days when strong wind is expected.
  6. Turn off lights and heating or cooling when leaving the apartment, in eviction of possible fire and in collaboration with the building’s energy efficiency and the criteria of sustainability.
  7. Do not make annoying, harmful or unhealthy actions inside the apartments.
  8. It is not allowed smoking inside the apartments.

Accommodation Policies

  • The apartment will be cleaned and in a Perfect Condition to be used as Holiday Home.
  • We will provide 2 sets of quality linen per bed and 2 quality towels per person per week. Beach Towels on request.
  • Each apartment has the equipment described in the information provided in this website.
  • Generally, do not allow the entry of pets of any kind, unless specifically authorized by the property.


  • Price is described in this website for each apartment, except of special offers.
  • Price depends on the quality of the apartment and on the occupancy.
  • Two Children can sleep for free if they are younger than 8 and 12 years old (There is a charge of 15€ per person for linen and towels per week).
  • The following extras can be selected during booking procedure:
    1. Baby Set (Baby Bed, mattress, linen and baby towels, High Chair) 25€.
    2. Pets (when allowed): 25€.
    3. Parkin in Garage: 5€/night.
Price includes:
  1. Taxes and fees.
  2. Expenses: Electricity & Water.
  3. Set of linen and towels.
  4. WIFI – Internet Satellite Astra Eu.
  5. The current VAT.
  6. Expenses of a normal final cleaning of the apartment.
  7. Invoice to the Customer.
